Job Details:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Diagnose equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and production line changeovers
  • Maintain GMP, SQF, and safety standards in a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, drives/VFDs, packaging equipment, boilers, and high-speed production systems preferred
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
  • Industrial maintenance experience required
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsPLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Preventive maintenance and repair experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
