About the role

Leading the validation of Finance and Analytics models, the remote Financial Model Risk Lead will manage independent challenges of quantitative models, oversee validation engagements, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance model governance. Key responsibilities: Perform independent validation of financial and analytics models, including ALM and forecasting models Lead validation engagements on high-complexity models and articulate findings to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate validation findings and strengthen the model risk management framework Required qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in model development, validation, or quantitative finance Deep knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, and statistical forecasting Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and large datasets (e.g., SQL) Advanced degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders
