About the role

Okta seeks a talented Staff Product Designer to shape its expansive identity and security product portfolio. You’ll own long-term design strategy, collaborate with PM/Engineering, and mentor others while delivering end-to-end experiences for IT admins, security teams, and end users. A strong portfolio and 7+ years in product design are required. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, integrate AI thoughtfully, and balance user goals with business needs across complex systems.
