About the role
To drive the growth and execution of online business, the full-time Outside Account Representative will manage category performance primarily on Amazon, focusing on digital shelf optimization, assortment strategies, and enhancing the customer buying experience in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day category performance across key eCommerce customers and marketplaces
Analyze sales, traffic, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
Develop recommendations for category performance improvements through pricing strategies and content enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in eCommerce, category management, or online retail
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with product catalogs and content management systems
