Citi is seeking an experienced HR Delivery Manager at the Senior Vice President level to lead a global HR delivery function and drive high-impact services across diverse client populations. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and other HR pillars to align priorities, manage performance programs, talent reviews, org design and compensation, while coaching teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
