About the role

Seeking an energetic, responsible, and dependable maintenance technician to work part time (24-28 hours) at an elderly housing facility in Nashua. Must be organized, self-motivated, and have proven proficiency with basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction, will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must have a valid driver's license and be available for on-call duties as needed.
