Territory Account Executive – Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion North New Jersey & Manhattan We are seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive revenue growth across an assigned market. In this role, you will build and maintain high-impact relationships with physicians, specialists, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies to secure consistent patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities: Territory Growth: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to prospect, qualify, and win new healthcare accounts while growing existing business.
Provider Education: Educate prescribers and clinical teams on priority therapies, and conduct clinical in-services. Referral Management: Serve as the liaison between healthcare providers and internal pharmacy/intake teams to ensure a smooth patient admission process. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, track market trends, and use CRM data to optimize sales strategies. Internal Collaboration: Partner with operations and leadership to improve the customer experience and share field insights.
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Marketing, or Communications preferred) is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of full cycle sales Industry Knowledge: Background in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or medical/pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong territory management, prospecting, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Technical & Travel: Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
