About the role

CNC Router Operator Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced CAD/Router Table Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in South Bend, IN.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Review CAD files to ensure they match customer orders
Locate and prepare materials for production
Load materials onto the router table
Select the correct CAD file and operate the machine to cut materials according to specifications
Perform quality inspections to verify parts meet work order requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious router table operating experience required
Ability to read and interpret CAD files
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
