About the role
Lead Bank is seeking a Regulatory Product Counsel to support its Banking-as-a-Service and payments businesses. The attorney will translate banking and payments regulation into actionable guidance for onboarding, product launches, expansions, and partner oversight.
The role partners with Product, Compliance, FinCrimes, Risk, and Operations to identify legal issues early and guide design decisions within Lead’s risk tolerance.
