We are looking for a reliable and organized Records Specialist to help maintain, update, and organize company records and documents. This is an easy-to-learn position that is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with basic computer programs. Training may be provided, and the role primarily involves routine administrative and data-entry tasks.
Responsibilities: Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets. Organize and maintain electronic records and documents. Review records for missing or incorrect information. Scan, upload, rename, and file digital documents. Keep records accurate, organized, and up to date. Retrieve documents when requested by team members. Follow company procedures for handling confidential information. Communicate with supervisors or team members when information needs clarification. Complete routine administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer and internet skills. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online document systems. Good attention to detail. Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently from home. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace. Good written communication skills. Previous records, administrative, or data-entry experience is helpful but may not be required.
