Always be vigilant and aware of potential hazards. They must ensure drivers and pedestrians follow safety protocols and take appropriate precautions to prevent accidents. Traffic controllers must communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and other workers. May be responsible for setting up cones, barriers, and other traffic control devices, ensuring these devices are visible to drivers. Monitoring traffic flow: Traffic controllers must monitor traffic flow to identify potential problems or bottlenecks. They may need to adjust their signals or take other actions to keep traffic moving smoothly. Must follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure their safety. Traffic controllers will need to support other workers by valeting cars or stepping into different garage roles when necessary.
