About the role
Fenwick & West seeks a technology advisor or patent agent for its life sciences patent practice, to join in Silicon Valley, Boston, or New York offices. Ideal candidates hold a Ph. D. in Chemistry or related field (or an M.D.
with research experience) and are USPTO-registered patent agents or eligible to sit for the exam. This is a full-time, in-office role with at least three days per week on site. Responsibilities include prior art searches, analyzing patents and papers to support prosecution,
