About the role
- This is a hands-on platform engineering role with significant ownership over the infrastructure supporting a rapidly growing AI-native business.
- You'll work closely with software engineers to build and improve the systems that power production applications, streamline deployments, and ensure the platform can scale as customer adoption accelerates.
- The team is looking for someone who thinks beyond traditional DevOps — an engineer who enjoys writing code, building internal platforms, automating infrastructure, and solving problems at the intersection of software engineering and distributed systems.
- The goal is to build infrastructure that allows engineering teams to ship faster, operate reliably, and scale without unnecessary complexity.
- What You'll Work On
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and scale cloud environments supporting production applications and AI-driven workloads.
- Kubernetes & Containers: Build and improve container orchestration, deployment infrastructure, and workload management.
- Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform and modern automation practices.
- Developer Platform: Build internal tooling, self-service infrastructure, and deployment capabilities that improve developer productivity.
- CI/CD & Automation: Improve build and deployment pipelines, automate repetitive processes, and streamline software delivery.
- Reliability & Observability: Improve monitoring, logging, performance, and incident response across production systems.
- Scalability & Architecture: Partner with backend engineers to solve infrastructure challenges involving availability, performance, networking, and distributed systems.
- AI Infrastructure: Support the infrastructure and operational requirements of an increasingly AI-driven product environment.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
