About the role
Vice President, Corporate Properties Group Financial AnalysisThis role sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Finance organization supporting the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) Financial Analysis team. The team is responsible for delivering independent, objective real estate financial analysis to inform enterprise-level strategic decisions. This Vice President role is an individual contributor position with both regional portfolio ownership and enterprise-wide financial leadership responsibilities. The role provides strategic partnership, drives financial modeling governance, and influences decision-making through advanced analytics, business insight, and risk discipline.In this role, you will:Lead complex real estate financial analysis supporting strategic initiatives and senior management decision-makingDevelop, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate transactions including lease vs. buy, sale-leaseback, acquisitions, and dispositionsServe as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, delivering clear, concise insights on financial impacts, risks, and tradeoffsAssess P&L and NPV cash flow implications of real estate strategies to support disciplined capital allocation decisionsPartner with CPG stakeholders including strategic planners, relationship managers, and transaction executives to deliver actionable analysisIndependently lead discussions and present financial recommendations to senior and executive-level audiencesEnsure adherence to Wells Fargo's risk and control framework, including governance around transaction approvals and modeling standardsParticipate in due diligence activities, evaluating financial implications tied to acquisitions, divestitures, and contractual obligationsOwn and drive portfolio-level financial governance, including AFE tracking, forecasting alignment, and model coordinationAct as a process owner for financial modeling and forecasting standards, promoting consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvementProvide informal leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and guidance on complex analysesInfluence outcomes in leadership forums through strong financial acumen, risk awareness, and business partnershipRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience in commercial or corporate real estate finance, including transaction analysis, lease accounting, and strategies such as lease vs. buy, sale-leaseback, acquisitions, and dispositionsStrong experience in financial modeling, analysis, interpretation of complex data, the ability to build and maintain sophisticated financial models, utilizing advanced MS Excel skillsExperience developing, enhancing, or governing financial modeling standards, forecasting processes, and analytical frameworksDemonstrated ability to influence, partner with, and provide credible challenge to senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment to drive informed decision-makingStrong verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insightsStrong risk management mindset with experience operating within a corporate risk and control framework environmentProven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team cultureJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule from one of our 401 Las Colinas Blvd W., Irving, Tx or 11625 N.
