Business ClassificationsB2BB2CMarketplaceAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and re-engineering of end-to-end HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process re-engineering efforts, from current-state analysis to the design of simplified future-state processes. This includes facilitating stakeholder workshops, applying Lean methodologies, and creating process maps that document workflows, roles, and technology requirements.
The role also involves using data and process metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as assessing where AI can be integrated to enhance or automate activities within the redesigned processes. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in process re-engineering, improvement, transformation, or a related field, and possess strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
Knowledge of Lean and process-improvement methodologies is essential, as is a working understanding of AI and its application in business processes. The role requires a candidate with strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who can work independently in a complex environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree and relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or AI preferred.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
