bringing marketing firepower to high-value opportunities and functioning as a true team member alongside BD, pursuits, and operations leaders when the stakes are highestSupport trade show strategy, industry event participation, and sponsorship planning across domestic and international venuesPartner with ARCO's corporate marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging for technical, sophisticated audiencesNecessary Qualifications:Experience & Industry Knowledge8+ years of marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in the engineering, construction, or industrial/manufacturing sectorsWorking knowledge of capital project execution - including design-build, EPCM, or comparable delivery models - and the ability to communicate credibly about project lifecycle, cost, and scheduleExperience marketing to or within industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, metals, advanced materials, automotive, clean energy, or aerospace and defense - with an appetite for learning and activating new verticals as business priorities shiftInternational marketing experience, including targeting foreign companies, navigating cultural nuance, and supporting FDI-related business developmentProven ability to develop high-quality technical content and thought leadership that drives engagement with senior-level industrial and real estate decision-makersProficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred), marketing automation tools, and digital marketing channelsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plusAbility to travel domestically and internationally as neededHow You Show UpYou have a winner's mentality -
