Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $190,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities: Lead billing and accounts receivable operations by overseeing invoicing collections cash application and customer account activities. Develop and implement strategies that improve billing accuracy cash flow performance and operational efficiency. Establish performance metrics and reporting processes to monitor billing results collections effectiveness and service levels. Partner with finance operations customer support and technology teams to enhance revenue related processes and systems. Lead and develop billing professionals while driving process improvements across global operations.
Requirements: A Bachelor degree or possess equivalent professional experience.10+ years of experience in billing revenue operations accounts receivable leadership or related financial functions. Demonstrate strong experience managing high volume billing operations and order to cash processes. Possess hands on experience with enterprise resource planning systems including NetSuite. Maintain experience leading teams within complex multi entity and growth focused business environments.
Qualifications: Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to improve billing performance and operational effectiveness. Communicate effectively with executives business leaders customers and cross functional stakeholders. Demonstrate leadership abilities through team development coaching and management of organizational initiatives. Maintain exceptional attention to detail while overseeing reporting controls and financial processes.
