Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to support recruiting and talent acquisition activities for construction-related positions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of the construction industry, and the ability to identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates. Source and recruit qualified candidates for construction-related positions. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled construction professionals. Review resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Utilize job boards, Linked In, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates. Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruiting updates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Requirements and

Core Must Have: Skills: Construction Industry Recruiting Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Resume Screening & Candidate Evaluation Linked In / Job Board Sourcing Candidate & Hiring Manager Relationship Management 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry. Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, skilled trades, or related positions. Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
