- Client & Strategy Ownership·
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands, managing day-to-day communication and strategy alignment.·
- Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy and execution, including sampling, affiliate management, ad planning, and overall shop performance.·
- Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends to drive continuous improvement.·
- Pitch to new brands and support business development by showcasing OTB’s full-service TikTok Shop capabilities.·
- 2+ years of direct TikTok Shop experience (TTS Operations, TTS Ads, Affiliate Management, SPS Management).· Deep understanding of TikTok Shop SLAs, violations, SPS scoring, and creator commerce systems.· Proven track record managing shop operations with measurable results.· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.· Comfortable with fast-moving environments, deadlines, and problem-solving.· Experience with AI outreach tools (Euka AI, Reacher), CRM workflows, or community management.· Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.· eCommerce or marketplace background (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) is a plus.
