About the role
Seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our client, a reputable global legal professional services firm, located Downtown Chicago. This is a strong position for someone with 5 years minimum of experience supporting end users with IT-related issues via phone and email. Someone who was doing high volume phone and email support in the legal or professional services industry would be ideal. This role is currently remote with potential to become hybrid in the Chicago office in the future. This role is hybrid and the shift is Saturday-Wednesday, 10am-6pm CT.Position is open due to growth of the firm and team is extremely collaborative.
Overview:
Provide technical support for software applications Strong communication skills when assisting end users with technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (ideal)
- Minimum of 5 years of technology experience, preferably in a legal setting or for a lawfirm
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter, driven, proactive, strong attention to details and highly organized
