About the role

King Recruiting Services in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a hands-on Liquid Coatings Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations of the coating facility, managing painters, maskers, and helpers to meet production goals. You will set up and operate conventional, HVLP, and airless spray systems, ensure MIL-spec coatings and SSPC standards are followed, monitor environmental conditions and inventory, and coordinate with QA/QC while upholding shop safety.
