We have made a great start, but we need your help to fully realize our long-term vision.About the Associate Benefits PartnerWe've spent a lot of time learning about our customers - who they are and what is important to them. Now, as Take Command serves larger employers with more sophisticated needs and dynamic workforces, we are expanding our Benefits Partner team. The Associate Benefits Partner will serve as a key resource for our Benefits Partners as they partner with clients to create and implement complex strategies that drive seamless change and measurable results. We are looking for someone with a proactive, positive personality and a desire to problem-solve, think strategically, and ensure our clients love Take Command & HRAs!Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 base salary + BonusPrimary Responsibilities:Support the Benefits Partner team in managing client relationships and executing account-related tasksAssist in onboarding and ongoing activities across the client lifecycleMonitor and track key client metrics; flag insights and trends for your Benefits Partner peersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed and advocate for improvementsContribute to process updates and documentation that enhance the Benefits Partner functionParticipate in client meetings as needed to support your Benefits Partner peersProvide administrative support to ensure a seamless client experienceSkills and Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in Benefits Partner or Account Management rolesHighly organized with a proactive approach and strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environmentStrong team player with the ability to collaborate across functionsStrong preference with employee benefits, insurance, or healthcareWorking at Take CommandWe're excited to build a team and culture that reflects our values!
