Most team members start as a Loader/Unloader, learn our processes, and have opportunities to develop additional glass fabrication skills and grow within the company.

Requirements
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday + some Fridays
Schedule: 6:00 AM to finish
Pay: $20.00+ per hour DOE + Quarterly profit sharing Experienced glass fabrication operators may qualify for higher starting pay Hands-on manufacturing work Operate and learn glass fabrication equipment Keep production moving safely, accurately, and efficiently Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
