The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global financial planning, performance management, forecasting, and reporting functions. This executive will play a critical role in the company's growth, particularly in the areas of disciplined planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and execution against value creation priorities. The role involves building and developing a world-class FP&A organization, advancing enterprise planning and reporting capabilities, and ensuring the company maintains best-in-class financial insight and operational discipline. The SVP will also be instrumental in the transformation of FP&A systems, processes, and reporting capabilities, and will champion the adoption of modern financial technologies. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced financial credentials such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA. A minimum of 15 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, including executive leadership responsibility, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global FP&A organizations within high-growth software, technology, SaaS, or private equity-backed businesses. Experience in SaaS financial metrics, long-range planning, and performance management is essential. The role demands a hands-on leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive transformation, and ensure operational excellence.
