Warehouse Associate We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Fulfillment department. This entry-level position involves processing and shipping orders to ensure our customers receive their books promptly and accurately, along with supporting our bookstore and assisting customers directly. Key Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Supporting the bookstore by fulfilling retail orders and helping customers directly. Organizing inventory and building pallets (MUST be able to consistently lift 20-40 lbs).Ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe. Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
Profile Requirements: High school diploma or GED.Previous experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided. Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful manner. Ability to operate basic computer functions such as word processing. Physically able to stand for extended periods of time. Physically able to meet the requirements of the position such as lifting 20-40 lbs.
Compensation: Starting pay is $18.81 per hour. This position's pay range is $18.81 to $20.69 per hour (eligible after 30-day performance review).
