As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and outstanding passenger service.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and support daily airport operations, including passenger assistance and wheelchair services Lead, train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational requirements Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll, attendance, and personnel documentation Communicate effectively with airline representatives, airport authorities, customers, and team members Ensure compliance with company policies, airline requirements, airport regulations, and safety standards Investigate and report operational issues, incidents, and customer concerns Assist with employee performance management and disciplinary processes when necessary Support operational goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment Perform other duties as assigned by management Start your leadership career with Huntleigh USA and help deliver exceptional passenger service at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
