Job Description: Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55418
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Full-Time, Direct Hire We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Minneapolis. This is a straightforward warehouse position focused on sorting, organizing, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials. Extensive warehouse experience is not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, shows up consistently, works hard, and is interested in a stable position with an opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming stock and materials Unload trucks and check incoming merchandise Pick and fill customer orders Pack and prepare orders for shipment Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, and bins Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations Assist with physical inventory counts as needed Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized Follow workplace safety procedures
Qualifications:
Some warehouse experience is helpful, but not required Forklift experience or certification is a plus Strong reliability and attendance Able to follow instructions and stay organized Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity Able to regularly lift 10–50 lbs and occasionally more than 50 lbs Benefits 401(k)Health insurance Paid time off Opportunity for growth within the company You should be proficient in: Material Handler Experience Loading and Unloading Vehicles Forklift Licensed Packaging Experience
