Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $32 to $35/HR
Duration: 3 months
Location: Gibsonton, FL Shift: 6 AM - 2 PMThis position is for the Power/Energy division. We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be at the forefront of transforming our maintenance operations. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing. You will be a key member of our industry-leading investment casting facility that is committed to precision, innovation, and excellence. As we expand our operations and modernize our infrastructure, we are building a world-class maintenance organization that sets the standard for reliability, safety, and technological advancement. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment including furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies to monitor equipment health and performance. Collaborate with engineering and operations to implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Support the integration of smart sensors, condition monitoring systems, and data analytics to drive proactive decision-making. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to a culture of zero incidents.
Requirements: Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus. Passion for innovation, learning, and contributing to a high-performance team. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
