They are currently seeking an Office Admin to join them in one of their new developments in Downtown Manhattan!
Position details: Target start date: Early November 2026
Work schedule: Saturday 9:45am-6pm & Sunday 10:45am-5pm; one of the buildings may have a need coverage on Fridays as well
Pay rate: $25.00 / hour
About the role: As an Office Admin, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of their offices. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our office standards are being maintained. In your role:
  • Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests & providing front desk coverage
  • Answering phones & transferring calls
  • Managing calendars
  • Assist with printer support, booking conference rooms
  • Restocking supplies & pantry
Qualifications:
  • The successful candidate will have:1-2 years previous experience in customer service, front desk management, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Previous experience in real estate a plus
  • Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer's pain points
  • Be technologically savvy!
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
