Lot AttendantPosition Summary The Lot Attendant helps deliver an outstanding customer experience by keeping the Auto Spa property, wash bay, parking lot, landscaping, and fuel islands clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role includes routine cleaning, basic equipment checks, and prompt reporting of any safety concerns. Starting @ $16.00 and hourWhat You'll DoGreet and assist customers with membership and wash questions, and sell Auto Spa membershipsClean and visually inspect the wash bay, vacuums, and shampoo stations for safe, normal operationKeep the parking lot, sidewalks, entrances, and landscaped areas clean and free of litter and hazardsEmpty trash containers and maintain dumpster/waste areasKeep fuel islands and pump areas clean, stocked, and safe (where applicable) Respond promptly to spills or hazards using approved safety procedures; report anything unsafe to managementComplete daily inspection and cleaning checklistsWhat We're Looking ForAble to follow written checklists, instructions, and safety proceduresComfortable working outdoors and around customer traffic with a friendly, service-first attitudeDependable, detail-oriented, and a good teammatePrior car wash, facility, retail, or custodial experience is a plus but not required - we provide trainingPhysical RequirementsRegularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift cleaning supplies and equipmentWork outdoors in varying weather, near vehicle traffic, water spray, and cleaning productsWear required uniform and personal protective equipment
