Director of Dealer Sales Full-time • Remote • Travel up to 60%Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives with total compensation potential of $300,000+. Base salary is negotiable We are seeking an experienced sales leader to grow and support our dealer network across premium steel, aluminum, and wood window and door products. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, you’ll strengthen dealer relationships, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with architects, builders, and designers.
Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop dealer partners. Help dealers qualify opportunities and close sales. Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance. Expand dealer coverage and develop new market opportunities. Coordinate product training and sales support. Ideal background:5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or dealer/channel management. A successful track record selling high-end building or architectural products. Experience developing dealers, distributors, representatives, or other channel partners. Strong understanding of construction and experience working with architects, builders, designers, and luxury clients. Window and door experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates from other high-end building product industries—including architectural glass, cabinetry and millwork, lighting, flooring and surfaces, luxury kitchen and bath products, and related categories—will be considered.
