About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commodity Manager / Strategic Sourcing Manager with Prior experience in supply chain procuring machined parts, optics, harnessing, valves, motors, battery, hardware, or equivalent technical commodities. A successful track record developing and executing sourcing strategies, negotiating agreements and statements of work. Here are some of the specific details: Job Title: Commodity Manager Job Duration: 12 months Job Location: Seattle,
WA Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field. Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff.4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience. Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python. Experience managing machine parts, optics, wire harnesses, valves, motors, battery, hardware components, or equivalent technical commodities. Experience using multiple ERP or other equivalent procurement tools. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $70/hr to $80/hr on w 2.
