Frink-Hamlett Legal Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney for a fully remote, part-time role (~20 hours per week). The position offers an hourly rate of $100–$115 and includes benefits. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, provide practical legal guidance to internal teams, and help manage risk in a highly regulated environment. JD and active U.S. bar are required; 5–8 years of experience preferred.
