Role Description: The Customer Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing information about products, services, and order status. The coordinator will assist with order entry, tracking, and updates, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with customers and internal production teams. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, coordinating with manufacturing and installation staff, maintaining customer records, and supporting scheduling for flagpole services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, graphic design experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and Customer Support in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles; background in manufacturing, retail, or service coordination is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in basic computer and office software.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Experience with Quickbooks or CRM software (preferred)
  • Graphic design experience (Corel or Adobe Suit) (plus)
  • Comfort working on-site in a small team environment and collaborating across departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or business is a plus.
