Detail oriented, able to multi-task and customer service skills are a must!
Essential Job Functions: Listen and address needs of patients as evidenced by company standards and policies. Answer the phones, and communicate patient's needs to the Opticians and Optical Technicians. Efficiently take orders for contact lenses, create contact lens encounters and order lenses from ABB or another supplier. Navigate insurance websites to assist patients with the available benefits and costs associated with their plan. Sell and create encounters for accessories. Learn the lensometer. Oversee Frame Inventory.
Competencies: Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements of the organization. Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position based in Sarasota Florida. Full-time position with days and hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Travel to other locations as necessary.
