About the role

Laundry Technician Collect and sort soiled linens, towels, and resident clothing. Operate commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely. Measure and use laundry detergents and cleaning products properly. Fold, organize, and distribute clean linens and clothing. Label and return residents' personal clothing to the correct rooms. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary laundry areas. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility sanitation procedures. Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or missing items. Report damaged equipment, lost items, or laundry concerns to supervisors. Assist with maintaining adequate linen supplies throughout the facility. Handle resident belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality. Work efficiently to meet daily laundry and linen needs of residents and staff.
