Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive experience in HR, HR technology, HR operations, or related functions. A minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record in leading HRIS, workforce analytics, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be results-driven, and have a strong focus on employee experience. Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is also preferred.
