About the role

Northwell Health is seeking a fulltime Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon with a proven track record of independent practice to join the vascular surgery faculty at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and technical skills, sound independent clinical judgment, and a collaborative approach to patient care. This position offers an experienced vascular surgeon the opportunity to bring their expertise and leadership to a busy, well-established vascular practice with strong potential for continued growth. Responsibilities include in- and out-patient care of a wide array of elective vascular surgery patients within a busy, high-volume practice. Candidates should be comfortable managing a demanding case volume with a high degree of clinical autonomy and should have an interest in providing the full spectrum of elective vascular surgical procedures. Excellent surgical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a passion for patient care are a must. The Division is looking for a board certified vascular surgeon who is well established in practice.
