Associate Director of Finance Consumer Services Total Compensation to $190kHybrid – 4 days a week in office
Responsibilities: The Associate the Director of Finance will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. This will include a strong focus on cost of goods sold, supply chain performance, and enterprise initiatives. The candidate will deliver timely, insightful analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, developing KPIs and financial models, and driving process improvements to enhance operational and financial performance. Support capital allocation, long-range planning, and M&A activity through diligence, valuation and integration planning, while encouraging a high-performing, collaborative FP&A team. Responsible for the forecasting & budgeting process, and development of KPI's. Responsible for the preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting/forecasting process including as well as variances between actuals, budget and forecasts. Build and maintain robust financial models, including scenario, sensitivity, and ROI analyses, to evaluate investments, strategic initiatives, and acquisition opportunities. Responsible for analyzing specific areas within Supply Chain that are not generating results as expected.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance or accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience.8 to 10 years of experience. Thorough knowledge of FP&AExperience supporting a manufacturing company is preferred. Strong computer skills. SAP experience is a plus. Leader with the ability to communicate openly and honestly with colleagues and customers.
