Craft Culture is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
Guiding guests to their seats and assisting with menu recommendations.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders using POS handheld devices.
Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
