About the role

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Are you high energy? Do you have exceptional people skills? Have you gone above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service? Customer service is our highest priority. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the key contact and internal representative of our company to our customers. This position is the lead in providing five star service to our clientele of corporate travelers, pilots, private plane owners, business partners, and the aviation community. This individual must meet and aim to exceed customer needs and expectations to achieve world-class levels of customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the arrival, parking, fueling, loading, and departure of aircraft
  • Assist customers with requested services such as hangar space, hotel accommodations, car rental, catering, etc.
  • Process fuel transactions and customer purchases
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills
  • Flexibility with your schedule is a must
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Telephone etiquette
