About the role

We are looking for a Retention Sales Specialist to join our Sweepstakes project in the US market. The role focuses on working with existing registered users through outbound calls, presenting relevant offers and promotions, handling objections, and driving customer activity and sales.

Requirements: At least 1 year of sales experience. Experience in B2C, outbound, inside sales, or phone sales is preferred. Fluent and confident spoken English for communicating with US customers. Strong sales and objection-handling skills. Ability to quickly build rapport with customers. Confidence in phone conversations and a results-driven approach. Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, or Sweepstakes is a plus but not required. Candidates must be physically located in the USA in a state where the project operates.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to registered users of the platform. Work with an existing customer base. Present current offers, promotions, and bonuses. Drive sales and encourage customers to take the target action. Handle objections and maintain active customer engagement. Handle inbound calls when customers call back. Follow project scripts, procedures, and sales processes. Meet established performance targets and KPIs.
