About the role
To enhance sales revenue and build strategic partnerships, the full-time Channel Sales Specialist will manage the recruitment, onboarding, and nurturing of CX specialized partners while developing regional strategies to drive indirect sales growth remotely or from designated locations.
Key responsibilities
Developing a CX channel partner regional strategy, including managing focus partners and recruiting new partners
Building business plans with partners to drive adoption of Zoom's CX portfolio
Executing sales training and providing marketing support while tracking sales performance against quotas
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in CX / Cloud (CCaaS) channel creation
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with TSD channel partners
Experience in Regional Channel Management with Customer Experience technologies
Strong understanding of the competitive market landscape
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
