About the role
Total Life, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking licensed nurse practitioners for an in-person longevity program role at partner senior living communities. You will lead short educational talks and then conduct one-on-one longevity visits with residents who sign up, under CMO guidance.
Site days are weekdays, 4–8 hours per site, with travel across the Greater Houston area. You’ll be trained on geriatric assessment, cognitive tools, and Medicare documentation.
