About the role

Key responsibilities
Own and manage Blend's strategic partnership portfolio, focusing on maximizing success and engagement
Develop joint business plans that create measurable value for both Blend and partners
Identify and recruit new strategic technology partners to expand the partnership ecosystem
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within SaaS or fintech
Proven success in managing technology integrations and strategic partnerships
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Preferred experience in the financial services, banking, mortgage, or fintech ecosystem
