Role Description: The Entry-Level Financial Services Professional will work full time on-site in Lafayette, LA, supporting clients with basic financial guidance, account servicing, and investment-related inquiries. This role involves learning and applying firm-approved financial planning concepts, assisting in the preparation of retirement and investment proposals, and supporting senior professionals with client meetings and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear, professional verbal and written communication with clients and team members. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field are beneficial. Ability to learn regulatory requirements, maintain confidentiality, and follow compliance procedures is important. Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and comfort working with financial software and data are preferred. Interest in obtaining industry licenses (such as FINRA registrations) and pursuing professional development in financial services is advantageous.
