- Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Respond to service calls professionally and on time
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate service and mileage records
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForValid CDL required
- Prior towing and/or vehicle recovery experience
- Clean driving record (subject to MVR review)
- Strong understanding of towing safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
