The primary responsibilities include setting appointments for sales representatives, managing inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Call Center Specialist will act as the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating positive experiences through communication across all channels. Collaboration with team members for efficient issue resolution is also an important part of this role.QualificationsStrong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a commitment to client satisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with Contact Centers and experience in call handling processesProficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to use CRM tools or other software efficientlyAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills and attention to detailPrior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
