About the role
AAA Club Alliance is seeking an ambitious leader to head the Retail Insurance Sales Team across Kansas, Oklahoma and South Dakota markets. The role works from home with 2–3 days of travel weekly, and candidates must reside in KS, OK or SD. You will train and coach Insurance Sales Agents, drive sales plans, and develop creative strategies for lead generation and referrals. A P&C license is required with Life license possible within 60 days. Salary includes base and quarterly bonuses.
