This is a technical sales role. You'll inspect homes, diagnose mold and air quality issues, explain your findings to homeowners, and close the job. We provide structured training resources and hands-on/OJT support to get you up to speedWhat You'll DoConduct home inspections for mold and indoor air quality issuesEvaluate mold investigations and identify potential risksWrite clear, professional inspection reports that explain findings and next stepsBuild job quotes and walk clients through recommended solutionsManage the full sales cycle, from initial client conversation to closed job, and meet assigned sales targetsMaintain accurate records in our CRMDeliver a client experience that earns trust and repeat referralsWhat You Bring2+ years performing home inspections, mold inspections, or fire/water/restoration inspections. Will train the right candidate with strong related experienceExperience with fire, water, or other restoration inspections is highly valuedCRIE certification preferred; other IAQ certifications consideredStrong report writing and data interpretation skillsWorking knowledge of construction and building scienceProven ability to manage a sales pipeline: following up promptly, asking the right questions, and handling objections professionallyExcellent interpersonal skills.
